To protect customer privacy, business and technical information, Shenzhen Hongtalu Technology Co., Ltd. makes the following confidentiality commitment regarding all the customer information it has accessed during the cooperation process:

1. The scope of confidentiality includes all non-public information such as the customer's personal/enterprise information, contact details, product drawings, design models, processing parameters, order prices, customer resources, business materials, etc.

   
   

2. Our confidentiality responsibility can only be used for the business of both parties and shall not be disclosed, forwarded, copied, sold or used for other purposes to any third party; it is prohibited to publicly promote, release the customer's drawings, samples and related materials privately.

3. The company will properly store all electronic and paper materials of the customer, and take measures for encryption protection; after the cooperation ends, all retained materials will be deleted and destroyed as per the customer's requirements, and no private backups are allowed.

4. Confidentiality period This commitment is valid for a long term and the confidentiality obligation will continue after the cooperation terminates.

5. Liability for breach If Party A violates this commitment, causing the customer's privacy leakage, economic loss or damage to reputation, Party A shall bear all compensation and related legal responsibilities.
